We are a locally owned and operated, family business
and pride ourselves in making your stay with us comfortable and continue
to maintain the "finest" lodging available in the Sardis Lake area!
For this reason we have many repeat customers
which we consider part of our family!
Things to Know!
*At this time we have ONLY, 4 Motel Rooms and 2 Cabins which we rent, so we take our reservations VERY serious!
[Having so few rentals, we fill up pretty quickly, especially on weekends & holidays, (we have to stay busy to survive). If you cancel a reservation, do this knowing we very possibly have turned away others who could have otherwise stayed with us!]
*First time tennants may be required to put up a deposit before we will hold a reservation for you, (contact us for info and amount).
*We do NOT have a Credit Card machine so we "ONLY" accept cash or check.
*We supply nice linens and towels for all of our rooms and cabins.
*All of our lodging has Dish-Network TV with all of the premium movie channels!
*All Rooms & Cabins have outside plug-ins for charging boat batteries.
*We positively DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING inside our buildings!
*Help Keep Our Towels Nice For You!
(We have old towels for the asking, if you want to clean your boat or truck).
*We DO allow Pets but require they are on a leash when outside and PLEASE, walk them away from where people walk!
*If you cancel your reservation with us, your deposit will not be refunded HOWEVER, it can be used to make another reservation with us, (on date of cancellation only).

2-Day minimum required on weekends and Holidays
3-Day minimum required on all 3-Day Holidays
OUR MOTEL ROOMS:
During the Months of March, April, May, June and October;
2-Day minimum on weekends and Holidays
All Other Months;
rooms may be reserved for 1-Day or more.
